Third wheel - Controls

Notes:

Uses the keyboard and the mouse wheel currently, later versions will hopefully also be able to use input from U.S.B handlebars and joysticks etc.

I	-	Engine ignition start / stop, enjoy the countryside listen to the birds singing?
Mouse wheel	-	Rotate towards you, like a motorcycle twist grip to accelerate.
Up arrow key	-	Front brake.
Down arrow key	-	Rear brake.
Right arrow key	-	Turn right.
Left arrow key	-	Turn left.
LCtrl and RCtrl together	-	Push back (only works when engine is stopped)
W A S D	-	Passenger position, greatly effects the center of gravity of the whole outfit.
Space bar	-	Rider / Passenger jump to find grip or help get over obstacles.
T	-	Take a screen shot.
P	-	Pause the game.
X	-	Expert mode.
N	-	Nukes or breaks all the joints on the motorcycle or outfit (just for a laugh).
<	-	Hold down to engage sidecar wheel drive (not functional yet)
L	-	Lights (only the brake light works properly at the moment)
H	-	Sound the horn (not done this yet)
1	-	Toggle through camera views on main window.
2	-	Toggle through camera views on lower left window.
3	-	Toggle through camera views on lower right window.
